Qualifications and Requirements:
Valid NSW electrical license with at least 2 years of experience in the residential and commercial sectors.
Valid security license and master cabler license with at least 2 years of experience.
Valid NSW driver's license.
Construction Induction Safety (White Card).
Ability to fault-find, problem-solve,
and efficiently install and maintain skills across the residential and commercial sectors.
Takes pride in theircustomer service, attention to detail,communication skills, and quality of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to:
Conduct testing and diagnostics to identify faults and issues.
Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks in compliance with NSW regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients, explaining issues, solutions, and the work undertaken.
Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
Adhere strictly to safety protocols for a secure work environment.
Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support continuous improvement efforts.
Generate reports for each job.
Update projects on Tradify (Project Management program).
Training your assigned Apprentice and ensuring their safety on job sites at all times.
