About the Role
As we continue to grow, we are excited to offer several opportunities across ourSupported Independent Living (SIL)andCommunity Accessprograms.
We support a diverse range of individuals with varying needs, helping them to maintain a high quality of life and achieve their personal goals both at home and in the community.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Supporting daily living activities, including personal care, medication assistance, and household tasks.
Providing transport assistance to appointments, social outings, and community activities.
Supporting skill development and empowering individuals to achieve their aspirations.
Accurately reporting on shift outcomes and completing required documentation.
Please note:
SIL roles require flexibility to work across a24/7 roster, includingsleepovers (active and inactive), evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
What You'll Need:




Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle with registration and comprehensive insurance.
Smartphone with a data plan.
Current First Aid and CPR certificates*
Blue Card (Working with Children Check)*
Yellow Card/NDIS Worker Screening Clearance*
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module* (free online at NDIS Commission)
