The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Finishing foreman to join the Sydney team to complete a luxury residential, senior living development located on the Northern Beaches.




The Finishing foreman's responsibility is to successfully direct and manage the activities of the sub-contractors and consultants on our existing Northern Beaches project in accordance with construction program requirements, whilst managing quality.
To be successful you will need to have extensive experience in a similar role in the building industry together with demonstrated leadership skills and people management experience.
Your technical competency will include a detailed level of building and construction trades, along with specialist skills working on fitout and delivering high end finishes.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will possess:
A strong experience in delivering high end residential building projects
Experience in Coordinating trades & suppliers
Experienced with Joinery, & All Finishes.
Experience with programming site works
