About the Role
As an Afternoon Shift Team Leader, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the warehouse while providing leadership and exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:




Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Communicating with internal teams and external stakeholders
Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor and providing leave coverage when required
Inventory control using SAP
Coordinating receiving, despatch and workload planningli>
Accessing and utilising customer WMS (MFG Pro)
Operating High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as required
Assisting with general warehouse operations
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Previous experience in a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Supervisory warehouse role
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (SAP experience highly regarded)
Current Forklift License with High Reach and Counterbalance experience
Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example
A reliable work ethic and commitment to safety
