In this role, you will manage system configurations, support user inquiries, and implement process improvements that directly impact our business operations. Your efforts will contribute to a stable and reliable IT setting in our Melbourne office.
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on system performance
Familiarity with integrating external applications and data sources
Ability to create and maintain documentation for system processes
Experience in supporting end users and delivering training sessions
