We are looking for a highly engaged Room Leaders and diploma qualified Educators to join our team
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with a dynamic team of educators to craft a safe, engaging and enriching environment where children thrive.
Deliver day-to-day care, supervision, and education, while playing an active role in sharing the daily schedule to spark curiosity and learning.
Cultivating meaningful and respective connections with children, families, and the broader community, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all.
What you bring to the table:




Diplomain Early Childhood Education and Care, or aBachelor of Education (Early Childhood)or ACECQA approved equivalent.
A valuable understanding of theEarly Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards,andEducation and Care Regulations.
A warm and caring personality.
Ability toestablish and nurture positive relationshipswith staff, children and families through excellent communication skills.
A currentWWCC, andPolice Clearance(or the ability to obtain at onboarding).
