Key ResponsibilitiesProvide safe, punctual and qualified transportation for the family, including school, appointments, activities, shopping, events and other commitments.
Provide driving services for the senior individual and family members as required.
Manage family vehicles, including servicing, maintenance, cleaning, registration and insurance.
Assist with personal errands, shopping, collections, deliveries, bookings and appointments.
Coordinate personal schedules and assist with day-to‐day organisation.
Assist with travel arrangements, including flights,



accommodation, transfers and itineraries when required.
Provide general personal and administrative assistance.
Anticipate requirements and proactively assist with day‐to‐day matters.
Maintain the highest standards ofdiscretion, confidentiality and professionalismat all times.
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
Fluent Mandarin and English — Mandarin is essential.
Previous experience as aPersonal Assistant, Family Assistant, Private Driver, Chauffeur or similar role.
Experience working with a private individual or family will be highly regarded.
Acurrent Australian driver's licence and excellent driving record.
Excellent presentation and professional manner.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional reliability, punctuality and discretion.
A warm, courteous and respectful personality.
A proactive and practical approach, with the ability to work independently.
Flexibility to accommodate changing family requirements.
A genuine interest in providing high‐quality personal service.
