Key responsibilities
Lead the design development and technical execution of seniors living and aged care schemes.
Manage multiple project stages from initial concept through planning approvals, ensuring timely, accurate documentation.




Drive the Revit modelling and technical documentation to produce clear, well-coordinated drawings.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to bring project visions to life while maintaining project deadlines.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a positive, team-focused environment.
Contribute to innovative design ideas, with a focus on community, accessibility, and sustainability.
Skills and experience
Proven architectural experience including residential, seniors living, or aged care projects.
Strong Revit skills and experience leading detailed design and documentation.
Proven ability to manage projects from early concepts to detailed design and delivery.
Good knowledge of Australian building standards, planning regulations, and sector-specific requirements.
Clear communicator comfortable working collaboratively across teams and with clients.
Passionate about creating spaces that enhance community and wellbeing.
