To be successful, you will have the following:
A stable career history within the construction industry
Structures experience is essential
Jump Form experience is advantageous
Multi residential experience over $50m
Experience with a reputable mid tier or upper tier would be an advantage
The ability to work to and meet deadlines
Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest, high level of integrity
Supervisors licence
Competent application of computer software MSOffice, including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and Project

Opportunity:
The project is a large $100m high rise residential project consisting of 20 levels up and 4 levels of basement.
The project was won through the ECI phase so design is advanced and the team has a head start on procurement.
This role will provide you with enough construction challenges that test your mind and skill as well as provide you with a great team environment and job satisfaction.
As a Site Manager here you will be recognised for your performance and you will receive an industry leading salary and be supported on site by other Foreman, Site/Project Engineers and Project Manager.
