Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage 1 x - 3 xelectrical projects simultaneously, valued between $1–$8 million
Lead project delivery through planning, scheduling,



and cost control
Work closely with Site Managers and Foremen to monitor progress, safety, and quality
Manage client relationships, attending site meetings and providing regular project updates
Oversee procurement, budgets, forecasting, and progress claims
Coordinate resources, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery
Identify and resolve technical or operational challenges promptly
Drive a positive, accountable site culture focused on safety and performance
Skills & Experience
NSW Electrical Licence or Electrical Engineering Qualification (preferred)
Proven experience as a Project Manager within commercial electrical contracting
Strong leadership ability to manage multiple teams across concurrent sites
Excellent client-facing, communication, and coordination skills
Solid understanding of commercial electrical, data, and communications systems
Strong commercial and financial management experience (budgets, forecasting, claims)
Highly organised, proactive, and capable of prioritising competing deadlines
Commitment to safety, quality, and team development
