Workfast is seeking reliable Civil Labourers to join the early stages of a major rail and civil infrastructure project in the Cootamundra region, just north of Wagga Wagga, NSW.
This is a long-term opportunity on a large-scale Tier 1 infrastructure program delivering over 35km of new rail and civil works.
The project includes bulk earthworks, drainage, road realignments, and rail corridor construction — with up to 2 years of work on offer.
What You Will Be Doing:
Assisting with cut and fill earthworks and general site prep
Labouring support for plant operators, trades and concreters
Spotting for machinery and working around live plant
Installing drainage, rail fastenings, and structural elements
Cleaning and maintaining a protected worksite
Supporting multiple civil and rail construction teams

Hours:7:00am start, 10 hour shifts
Start Date:ASAP

What you need
Construction White Card
Driver's Licence
Reliable transport to and from site
Previous experience in civil or infrastructure labouring
Camp available
RIW Card - Bonus
Additional tickets beneficial: Roller, Dogman, Confined Space, WAH
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
Safety-first attitude and strong teamwork skills
