Opira Group Warehouse Operative
Mansfield QLD **** | Full-time | $75,000 – $85,000 base + super
About the role
Opira Group is looking for a self-starting Warehouse Operative to support three business units from our Mansfield base — Air Restore (HVAC hygiene), Opira (laboratory equipment), and Burglar Golf (apparel and golf carts).
You'll be the operational backbone keeping all three teams moving: managing competing priorities, coordinating with each team on what needs to go out and what's coming back, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role for someone who can work independently, juggle tasks across three teams, and own the warehouse without being managed.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating daily warehouse priorities across the Air Restore and Opira lab equipment and Burglar Golf teams
Unloading incoming stock and storing it correctly for each business unit
Preparing equipment for upcoming jobs — checking, staging, and kitting out ahead of dispatch
Coordinating inbound and outbound freight — booking, receiving, and tracking shipments
Picking, packing, and dispatching customer and job orders accurately and on time
Cleaning and inspecting technician equipment as it returns from the field, checking condition before return to stock
Maintaining accurate records across warehouse systems and internal platforms
Maintaining a tidy, well-organised warehouse shared across both teams
Packing and shipping Burglar Golf orders — apparel and golf carts — accurately and on time
Flagging damaged, missing, or low-stock items to the relevant team
Carrying out regular stocktakes and cycle counts — keeping physical stock and system records aligned, not just up to date
Labelling, stickering, and asset-tagging equipment so items are identified and traceable across both business units
Packing and unpacking equipment for testing — preparing items heading out for service or calibration, and booking them back in on return
What we're looking for
Solid warehousing experience — you know the routine without being walked through it
Able to manage competing priorities across multiple teams without dropping the ball
Physically fit and comfortable with intermittent heavy lifting
Self-motivated and confident working independently
Proficient in basic computer systems — email, order management, or stock/inventory software
Eye for detail when inspecting, cleaning, and preparing returned equipment
C class manual licence (required)
Forklift licence (required)
