Key Duties
Service Advisor
Be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional service in-store and over the phone.
Book vehicles for tyres, servicing, wheel alignments and mechanical repairs.




Provide accurate quotes and recommend suitable products and services based on customer needs.
Liaise with technicians to communicate repair recommendations and keep jobs running efficiently.
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process and ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Coordinate workshop bookings and assist with daily workflow planning.
Prepare invoices, process payments and maintain accurate customer records.
Build strong relationships with customers through honest advice and exceptional service.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace.
About You
Previous experience as a Tyre & Service Advisor or within the automotive industry is highly regarded.
