THE ROLE...
This is a dynamic, dual-purpose role combining retail sales and warehouse responsibilities, offering variety across your day.
You'll be the face of our Cairns Tile Depot, assisting retail, trade and commercial customers with product selection while helping bring their building and renovation projects to life.
Behind the scenes, you'll support warehouse operations to ensure stock is managed efficiently and customers receive a seamless experience from enquiry through to collection and delivery.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver exceptional customer service to retail and trade customers
Assist customers with product selection, sales enquiries and quotations
Process sales transactions and customer orders accurately
Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for collection and delivery
Receive, unload and manage incoming stockMaintain warehouse organisation, presentation and safety standards
Support inventory control and stock management activities




Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales and operational targets
ABOUT YOU...
Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, warehouse operations or a similar hands-on role
Strong customer service skills with a willingness to learn and grow
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Reliable, proactive and a supportive team player
Ability to build solid relationships with customers and colleagues
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)
