We are seeking an experiencedMarketing & Sales Specialistto join a growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and sales team, you'll play a key role in developing marketing initiatives, producing high-quality collateral, and supporting business growth.
This role is ideal for someone who isproactive, solutions-focused and comfortable working autonomously.You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects from start to finish, and confidently manage multiple priorities while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Sales Manager and sales team to identify marketing opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
Create high-quality marketing and sales collateral including brochures, product specification sheets, presentations, EDMs and client-specific materials.
Coordinate external creative agencies and suppliers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.




Assist in managing marketing projects including brand initiatives, website updates and product catalogues.
Coordinate the marketing requirements for trade shows, client events and promotional activities.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing collateral and communications.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A minimum of3 years' experiencein Marketing, Sales Enablement or B2B Marketing.
Intermediate to advancedAdobe Creative Cloudskills, particularlyInDesign, with experience usingPhotoshopandIllustrator.
Robust written communication, copywriting and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work with external suppliers or creative agencies to deadline.
Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularlyPowerPointandExcel.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
