We're seeking a commercially minded Finance Business Partnerto support Costa's Berry International operations, delivering high-qualityfinancial insights that drive better business decisions.
Reporting to the CFO –Berry International, this role connects financial performance with operationaland strategic outcomes across multiple countries.
This is a true business partnering role, where your abilityto influence, challenge and collaborate is just as important as your technicalcapability.
You'll work alongside regional leaders to translate complexfinancial data into clear, actionable insights, helping shape decisions ongrowth, investment and performance improvement.

This role is full time based on-site in Coffs Harbour,

What you'll do:
Leadbudgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes across internationaloperations
Deliverinsightful financial analysis, including variance analysis, modelling andbusiness case development
Consolidateand report global financial performance, providing clear commentary toexecutive stakeholders
Partnerwith regional and country leaders to support commercial decisions and improvebusiness outcomes
Supportstrategic initiatives including market expansion, investment evaluation andlong-term planning
Contributeto capital management, cash flow oversight and continuous improvement acrossreporting and governance.
What you'll bring:
CA/CPAqualification with a tertiary background in Finance, Accounting or relateddiscipline
Experiencein complex, multi-entity environments, ideally with exposure to internationaloperations and consolidations
Stronganalytical capability, with the ability to interpret data and identify keydrivers of performance
Provenability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders acrossfinance and operations
Experiencewith financial modelling and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP AnalyticsCloud)
Excellentcommunication, time management and problem-solving skills, with a continuousimprovement mindset.
