Head of People & Culture Business Partnering
The CompanyHead of HR Business Partnering role working for a large multi-site business with operations across all of greater Sydney.
This business is involved in training, production and ensuring operational excellence across their network of 50+ sites.
The RoleReporting to the Executive and playing a key part in ensuring HR best practices are being administrated across the 50+ sites this role will play an integral role in moulding the future impact of HR across the business.
Your role will include:
Build and lead the HR Business Partnering function, designing the operating model, aligning HRBPs to client groups, and lifting capability across the team.
Translate P&C; policy into consistent operational practice, ensuring leaders have the tools, guidance and confidence to apply people policies effectively.
Partner with senior leaders as a strategic advisor, influencing organisational performance, culture, leadership capability and workforce outcomes.
Resolve complex people matters with a systematic,



risk‐aligned approach, building manager capability and ensuring issues are addressed proactively.
Lead organisational design and change initiatives, ensuring restructures and workforce changes are strategically aligned and supported by strong change management.
Provide data‐driven insights on people trends, risks and organisational needs to inform leadership decision‐making.
About YouYou will bring:
Significant experience in HR Business Partnering leadership within a complex, multi‐site organisation.
Solid capability in stakeholder management, influencing senior leaders and building trusted relationships.
Expertise in policy interpretation, organisational design, change management and people leadership.
A proactive, strategic mindset with the ability to embed consistency, uplift capability and drive measurable impact.
