About the Role
As a Graduate Consultant,you'llwork directly with clients and experienced consultants to solve complex problems, improve businessoutcomesand support large-scale transformation.
This is a business-facing role whereyou'llact as an advisor,facilitatorand analyst across a range of exciting engagements
You'llgain experience in:
Project delivery and execution
Business analysis and stakeholder engagement
Process design,improvementand implementation
Customer and user experience mapping
Data insights and remediation
Agile and human-centred design methods
We'reafter graduates who are not only analytical and curious, but also confident communicators and natural relationship-builders.You'llthrive in collaborative environments and be energised by solving problems that matter




Ideal candidates will be:
Recent graduates (or graduating by late ****) inBusiness/Finance, Economics, InformationTechnologyor related field
Comfortable working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
Strong in critical thinking,analysisand written communication
Interested insuperannuation,financialservicesor consulting
Team-oriented,proactiveand adaptable
Australian citizens or permanent residents,Temporary visa holders are not eligible for the program.
