About the Role
Royal Freemasons is seeking compassionate and dedicatedPersonal Care Assistants (PCAs)to join our team atCoppin Centre Residential Aged Care Facilityin Melbourne.
As a PCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.
Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll deliver highquality personal and clinical care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care and daily living support in line with resident care plans
Assist with mobility, meals, personal hygiene, and other daily activities
Build warm, respectful relationships with residents, families, and colleagues




Follow care and infection control procedures to maintain a secure environment
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to support quality care
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary care team
What You'll Bring
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
A compassionate, patient, and residentfocused approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays

ValidPolice ClearanceorNDIS Worker Screening Clearance(or both)
