Executive Assistant to Executive General Manager - Sunshine

Salary: $120k + Super | Initial 3 Month Contract | Immediate Start | View to Extend

A national logistics business is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Executive General Manager within the operations division. This is a fast paced and hands on role offering exposure across a large operational setting and the prospect to work closely with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

Extensive diary and priority management for the EGM
Preparation of executive briefings, reports and presentations
Management of confidential and sensitive information
Coordination of meetings, travel and operational priorities





Acting as a key point of contact across internal and external stakeholders

About you

Proven experience supporting senior executives
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

Able to manage competing priorities in a busy operational environment
