Lee Volk Jeweller' sis seeking a highly motivated, adaptable Store Manager for the day to day operation of our fast-paced business.
A robust work ethic and high level of determination are essential.
The successful applicant must be available to work Monday to Saturday.
As a Store Manager, your primary responsibility is to achieve and exceed Sales target, KPI targets and deliver collectively as a team.
Your strong leadership is essential for not only achieving store-specific goals and KPIs but the aligning with broader organisational objectives.
You will be responsible/accountable for driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within your store and role.
You will report directly to the Retail Manager & the Company Director.

What We're Looking For
Experience with supervising, inspiring and leading a high performing team
Minimum 1-2 years of retail management experience required for the Store Manager position
Sales Expertise: You're confident, persuasive, and passionate about creating memorable customer experiences.
Target-Driven: You thrive on exceeding KPIs and delivering results.
Flexible: Available to work Monday to Saturday including Thursday evenings
