We pride ourselves on our state-of-the-art processing facilities, including a distillery and biomass boiler, and are committed to delivering high-quality products to customers around the world.
The Opportunity
We are currently seeking full-time Process Operators to join our dedicated team.
Working as part of a small, skilled crew, you will be responsible for operating plant and equipment on a rotating 4 days on / 4 days off roster, consisting of 12-hour shifts (2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off).
This roster offers an excellent work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure secure and efficient operations
Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all tasks
Follow established procedures and quality standards




Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery and production areas
Maintain a clean and safe work environment in line with safety policies and procedures
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a production, winery operations, horticulture or any fast paces customer service environment environment is advantageous but not essential
A valid forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to new challenges
