Wasabi sushi in Tamworth is seeking an experienced Japanese cuisine cook to prepare, cook and plate hot and cold dishes including sushi, rolls, sashimi, ramen and bento for service.
You will prepare ingredients, season properly, maintain high standards of food hygiene, manage portions, monitor stock, assist with ordering, and work closely with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service, while meeting dietary requirements.
