Cram is looking for motivated and compassionate Disability Support Workers to join the team.

About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you'll support people withcomplex disabilities to build their independence, achieve their goals and be part of their community in ways that matter to them.
You'll provide supportacross a range of settings, including:
In-home support
Community participation
Clinical support environments
Your work will be guided by the people Cram supports – where choice, voice and live experience play a key role in everything we do.
Our permanent rosters operate on a4-week rotating schedule, including a variety of shift types:
Day shifts
Afternoon shifts
Active nights

Highly Regarded (but not essential)
A qualification in Disability or a related field is desirable but not essential.
Experience inhigh intensity supportsincluding:
Key Responsibilities
Support participants with daily living activities to promote independence and skill development
Deliver personal care in a respectful and dignified way
Follow individualised support plans tailored to each participant
Maintain a safe, clean and supportive workplace, aligned with WHS standards
Build strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders
Accurately complete documentation and reporting, including incident reporting

Current Australian Driver's Licence
Valid Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check
Minimum 2 doses of COVID-19 vaccination
This role involves shift work and manual handling and may require a Fit for Work assessment during recruitment.
