Your Current Role
As the Office Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day front of house operations, lead on-site front of house staff, and drive vibrant corporate events.
Acting as the operational face of the workplace, you will keep the site running seamlessly while managing soft service vendors and key stakeholder relationships.
This is an exciting, short-term contract role perfect for a confident front of house or events professional ready to hit the ground running.
What You'll Be Doing
Oversee day-to-day front of house and workplace operations, ensuring a seamless experience across meeting spaces and soft services.
Lead and support the on-site front of house staff, managing daily operations, rostering, and service standards.
Coordinate and execute corporate events and site activations end-to-end, partnering with Executive Assistants and internal stakeholders on logistics, catering, and basic AV.
Manage daily relationships with soft service vendors (cleaning, café/pantry),



monitoring performance, processing invoices, and handling work orders.
Maintain workplace communications across digital screens and internal sites while managed operational and event budgets.

About You
Background in Front of House, Hospitality Management, Office Management/Coordination, Community Management or Corporate Event Management experience.
Demonstrated experience leading front-facing teams and managing vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Outstanding communication, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and comfortable managing event/operational logistics.
