At TMX Transform, we help some of the world's leading organisations solve complex supply chain, property and infrastructure challenges.
From automated distribution centres and logistics networks through to industrial, commercial and data centre developments, we partner with clients to design, optimise and deliver solutions that create measurable business outcomes.
Unlike many consultancies, we don't stop at recommendations.
Our teams work across strategy, design and delivery, helping clients turn complex ideas into real-world outcomes.
As a growing international consultancy with teams across Australia, Asia and the UK, we're looking for talented people who enjoy solving complex problems, building strong client relationships and making a genuine impact.
What You'll Be Responsible For:
Program Leadership & Strategic Delivery
Own and lead large-scale, multi-disciplinary programs involving highly automated distribution centres and advanced logistics infrastructure
Shape and drive end-to-end delivery strategies, from concept through to commissioning
Establish and optimise complex construction and delivery programs aligned to critical milestones
Build trusted relationships with senior clients, developers, and delivery partners, acting as a key strategic advisor
Provide strong governance, resourcing direction, and quality leadership across multiple concurrent projects
Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, setting the standard for performance, accountability, and delivery excellence
Lead coordination across developers, contractors, automation providers, and specialist consultants
Guide clients through the complexities of highly automated environments, balancing operational, technical, and commercial considerations
Bring a holistic, end-to-end lens to every project — from strategy through to operational readiness
A track record of successfully navigating technically complex, high-value projects
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on automation integration, facility design, and delivery methodology
Take ownership of project financial performance, including forecasting, budgeting, and commercial strategy
Drive disciplined decision-making around procurement, cost, risk, and resource allocation
What You Bring:
Proven experience delivering large, complex industrial, logistics or automated facilities (e.g. major DCs, advanced manufacturing, data centres)
Strong construction foundation, ideally with hands-on site delivery experience in a leadership role
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage high-performing project environments
What Success Looks Like:
A natural leader with robust presence and the ability to influence at all levels
Commercially sharp, decisive, and accountable for outcomes
Confident operating in complex, ambiguous environments
Highly collaborative, with a drive to build and lead high-performing teams
Solutions-focused, forward-thinking, and motivated by delivering industry-shaping work
