Access Telehealth is seeking Casual Registered or Enrolled Nurses (RN/EN) based in Mildura to support in office aged care homes.
You will coordinate GP rounds and telehealth with geriatricians, delivering timely, high-quality resident care.
Ideal candidates will have AHPRA registration, 2+ years post-qualification experience in aged care, strong IT and communication skills, and a valid driver's licence.
Flexibility to travel across Mildura and adapt to rosters is essential.
