Located in: Cumberland Where you'll be working Join Riverview Unit, a specialist inpatient mental health service for adults aged 18 years and over, located within Cumberland Hospital-NSW's largest and Australia's oldest mental health facility.
As part of Western Sydney Local Health District, you'll work alongside experienced multidisciplinary professionals who are passionate about delivering innovative, recovery-focused care in a respectful and supportive environment.

Responsibilities
Deliver direct nursing care in line with individual care plans and your scope of practice.
Monitor, assess and report changes in consumers' physical and mental health, escalating concerns appropriately.
Support consumers with activities of daily living, therapeutic engagement and emotional wellbeing.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Work collaboratively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team to provide safe, person-centred mental health care, including supporting consumers with complex mental health presentations.
Selection Criteria
Relevant and recent clinical experience deemed appropriate by WSLHD
Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise work.
Demonstrated effective communication skills both written and verbal
Effective interpersonal
