We are seeking a Senior Sales Skilled with a passion for the lighting industry and a drive to knock on new doors, expanding market share through innovative control systems and sustainable solution sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Meeting customer requirements and design aspirations through consultative, solution-based product presentations
Managing end-to-end sales activities and maintaining an effective call cycle across key territory accounts




Operating autonomously to drive business growth while collaborating seamlessly with internal technical teams
Analyzing market trends to implement strategic initiatives, ensuring strong market presence in a competitive space
Skills & Experience Needed
Proven success selling technical lighting or smart solution systems to Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Electrical Contractors
Strong commercial acumen paired with a hunter mentality and a results-driven approach
Exceptional presentation skills, structured time management, and strategic account planning abilities
Outstanding communication and active listening skills to build long-term, trusted client partnerships
Salary and Advantages
Base Salary: $100,000 to $130,000
