About the Role
As a member of the property management team, you will be responsible for:
Managing a portfolio with a team member to property ratio of 100 properties per team member, including leasing, inspections, tenant management and maintenance coordination
Providing expert advice to investors on legislation, market conditions and maximizing rental returns
Building robust relationships with investors, tenants and contractors through clear, proactive communication
Ensuring properties are well maintained and compliant with relevant legislation and regulations
Supporting the development of junior property management staff and contributing to the growth of the business
About you
We're looking for someone who has:
Minimum 1 year experience in aproperty management role(residential), with acurrent QLD Real Estate License
Full Australian working rightsorbe a permanent resident
Strong working knowledge ofresidential tenancy legislation and regulations
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio, stay organized and deliver results for landlords
Confidence usingProperty Me softwareand theGoogle Drivesuite
