We are seeking an experiencedCore Java Developerwith 7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Core Java, multithreading, collections, data structures, and backend development, along with experience in building scalable and high-performance systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications.
Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
Develop and optimize backend services and APIs.
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Implement scalable and secure application architectures.
Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Required Skills
7+ years of experience inCore Java development.
Strong knowledge ofJava 8/11/17, OOP concepts, Collections, Generics, and Exception Handling.
Hands‐on experience withMultithreading, Concurrency,



and Memory Management.
Strong understanding ofData Structures and Algorithms.
Experience withJDBC, SQL, and relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of Design Patterns and software engineering best practices.
Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
Proficiency with Git and version control systems.
Robust problem‐solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience withSpring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Microservices.
Knowledge of messaging systems such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
