As a Lead Educator, you will play an important role in guiding learning experiences, mentoring team members, and helping children build the skills they need for a successful transition to school and beyond.
About You
To be successful in this role,



you will have:
ADiploma in Early Childhood Education and Careor an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
A currentWorking with Children Check(or willingness to obtain one).
CurrentFirst Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certification(or willingness to obtain).
A genuine passion for early childhood education and supporting children's growth and development.
Solid communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Experience leading educational programs in line with theEarly Years Learning Framework (EYLF)and National Quality Standards.
