About the Role
Working alongside our experienced chefs, you'll receive practical, hands‐on training while completing your Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with the preparation and cooking of a wide variety of meals.
Learning food preparation techniques and kitchen procedures.
Working under the guidance and supervision of qualified chefs.
Operating commercial kitchen equipment, including mixers, steamers, fryers, ovens and cooktops.
Assisting with food service when required.
Maintaining a clean and hygienic kitchen, including dishwashing, equipment cleaning and sanitisation.
Assisting with food storage,



stock rotation and general kitchen operations.
Following food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
