About the Role
As a Trainee / Assistant Service Advisor, you'll work closely with our experienced Service Advisors and Service Manager to ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from vehicle drop-off through to collection.
You'll learn all aspects of dealership service operations, including:
Greeting customers and assisting with service bookings
Understanding customer vehicle concerns and requirements
Liaising with technicians and the workshop team
Communicating service updates and recommendations
Preparing service documentation and invoices
Assisting with customer collection and vehicle handover
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Supporting the day-to-day administration of the service department
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:




A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service skills
Positive computer literacy and administration abilities
Strong attention to detail
A professional presentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
A current driver's licence
Automotive experience is not essential.
