About the Role
We're looking forENTHUSIASTIC,COMPASSIONATEandENERGETICsupport workers (male and female) to join our team InWellington Dubbo NSW, supporting people inCommunitysettings andSupported independent Living(SIL) Homes during both day shift and night.

Supporting Individuals with High Complex circumstances, High Behavioural,



High Mental health and Palliative needs
Supporting participants in the Community and SIL environments
Working along side a great team of Co-Ordinators
Experience working with Positive Behaviour Support Plans (PBSPs) and Progress
Experience with Restrictive Practice (RP) implementation (high desirable)
Candidates must also have versatile availability and prior experience working within SIL homes.
Our ideal candidates will possess the following:
Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification, or willingness to obtain
Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
Current Australian Police Clearance/ Criminal History Check
Current Driver License
Current NDIS Workers Screening Yellow Card & Working with Children Check
