WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As our Senior Paid Social Specialist, you will lead the strategy and execution of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of clients.
You will be hands on with audience research, campaign builds, creative testing, and performance optimisation while also shaping the long term approach to deliver growth.
While paid social will be your focus,



exposure to paid search and programmatic will be useful for broader client needs.
You will work closely with account managers and clients, presenting insights, driving innovation, and ensuring strategies are backed by performance data.
You will also contribute to mentoring junior members of the team and setting best practice across social campaigns.
YOU WILL NEED
4+ years experience in paid social within a specialist or agency setting
Australian agency experience
LOCAL market knowledge
A proven track record creating and leading strategies across industries and campaign types including lead generation and e-commerce
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other major platforms
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
The ability to work in a fast paced environment while delivering strong results
