The Customer Service Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust relationship and communications system with new and existing customers, franchisees and cleaners.
The Customer Service Manager will also ensure that the cleaning services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the Contract and the Quality Management System.
You must have a full understanding of all policies, procedures, have a positive can-do attitude, be self-driven and be able to work autonomously.
This role is also responsible for supervising and overseeing work on-site to ensure that all service, quality, productivity, and safety targets are met to company standards and client satisfaction.
The successful applicant will be:
A self-starter with a demonstrated ability to work independently
A strong history in positive client relations and customer service




A demonstrated ability to manage, train and retain staff successfully
Your Responsibilities will include:
Staff management and training
Planning and inspection of periodical works
Flexible working hours and prepared to work after hours when required

Essential relevant skills and experience:
Commercial Cleaning industry experience, cleaning knowledge
Highly organised
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proven history of managing teams and staff
Salary package includes a fully maintained company vehicle, fuel card or car allowance of up to $15,000, Tablet and Phone.
