What You'll Be Doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of a diverse commercial property portfolio
Build and maintain robust relationships with tenants and key stakeholders
Coordinate maintenance, contractors, repairs and capital works
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure assets remain compliant
Manage budgets, forecasts, expenditure, rent collection and arrears
Oversee accounts payable, receivable and lease administration
Support leasing, renewals, negotiations and property marketing
Manage tenant fit-outs, move-ins and move-outs
Oversee compliance, insurance and risk management requirements
Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and operational efficiency

What We're Looking For
We're looking for a commercially focused Property Manager who can hit the ground running and confidently manage the full property management function.
You'll ideally have:
Commercial property management experience
Strong financial and budgeting skills
Excellent tenant and stakeholder management capabilities
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team
