The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Storeperson to join our parts team in NSW.
This is a wide-ranging role with no two days being the same.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for general store duties including, but not limited to, receiving and dispatching of goods, picking and packing, forklift operations and parts pick up and deliveries.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage stock levels and ensuring adequate inventory to match project requirements without overstocking.
Responsible for receiving stock transfers,



supplies and returned goods in accordance with instructions.
Utilise the company ERP system for record-keeping and reporting.
Picking and packing of goods.
Coordinate activities with other departments for timely delivery of goods.
Organise the transport for pick-up of units and the delivery of completed units.
Ensure accurate recording and documentation of all inventory movements.
Inventory control
Liaising with local suppliers
Completing paperwork and documentation.
Keep mapping of the store up to date.
Answering phones and emails.
Comply with all OHS&E; regulations, hazardous material regulations, company safety policies & procedures.
Physical ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20kgs frequently.
Deliver products promptly to customers as requested.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
Truck licence MR or similar (not necessary)
Parts/Storeperson/Interpreter experience valued
High level of enthusiasm
Accuracy and attention to detail
Punctual
Flexible approach to working hours
Clean and tidy appearance
Follow instructions with minimal supervision
Have a proactive attitude
