About the Role- Full Time, 80 Hours Per Fortnight with ADO
This Role will work across all of the Regional Care Group Sites.




The Director of Quality & Clinical Governance will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure high-quality patient care is consistently delivered, monitored and improved across the Regional Care Group (RCG).
This role is responsible for overseeing the systems to support our staff to deliver safe, effective and appropriate care that optimises clinical care outcomes and a reduction in avoidable harm.
This includes providing leadership and direction in the ongoing development and evaluation of systems that support quality, patient safety and risk management functions across the RCG.
This important role includes consulting and informing on key system quality, patient safety and improvement issues and related policy and practice across the RCG and supports the Board and Executive leadership in these domains.
