Ember Fireplaces is loooking for Sales/Admin and Customer Service Position: 5 days- Mornington - Immediate Start.
Our high end fireplace studio is on the hunt for someone to complete our team.
Currently seeking someone for 5 days; Tuesday to Friday: 9-5, Saturday: 10-3.
The preferred applicant will need to liaise with various suppliers, builders and clients on a regular basis.
They will also be required to send and follow up quotes, answer phones and assist customers in the showroom.
Ideally, our preferred candidate will have the following skills:
A calm phone manner, retail experience and high level customer service skills.
Experience with computers (MYOB, Google, Microsoft Office).
Ability to send and follow up quotes and set appointments and reminders in diaries.
Willingness to learn about the products we specialise in (gas, wood, ethanol and electric fires).
Being flexible and assisting other staff as required
Having a positive, 'can do' attitude and being open to learning current things.
