About the Role

Health & Safety Consultant. This permanent, seat‑based residential role at the Huntly Mine Site (Dwellingup/Pinjarra region) focuses on supporting the mobile maintenance team.

Responsibilities
Develop risk mitigation plans for hazards such as Confined Space Entry, Hazardous Chemicals, Substances, Electrical, Trenching and Excavation.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company policy and legislation.
Investigate incidents using the ICAM process and establish corrective actions.
Create and deliver engaging training programmes.
Lead teams on safety projects and initiatives.
Advise and support health and safety committees and representatives.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification (desirable) or Diploma in Health and Safety or a related field.
Robust Health & Safety experience, ideally in a maintenance workplace.
Knowledge of and application to legislative standards to ensure compliance.
Solid communication skills and the confidence to engage with people at all levels.




Contractor experience desirable.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and various management systems.
