Join RSP's machine learning team, where you'll blend technical development with creative problem-solving to help bring visual effects to life. You'll split your time between building and improving ML tools and workflows, and applying machine learning directly to production work — all while working closely with artists and the wider Machine Learning team.

Bring creative and technical skills together — from data workflows to on-screen results

Design, develop, and improve ML-driven pipelines and tools from the ground up

Partner closely with artists to solve creative challenges with technical solutions

Take ownership of projects, from first idea through to delivery

Skills and Experience

Solid experience building and running machine learning solutions

A problem-solver's mindset, with robust time management

Comfortable in Linux (Mac/Windows a bonus)
