About the Role

As Facility Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centred care. You will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while maintaining strong clinical, operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and support clinical, hospitality, lifestyle and administration teams
Ensure exceptional standards of care, clinical governance and resident wellbeing
Oversee financial performance,



budgets and operational efficiency Drive continuous improvement and accreditation readiness
Maintain compliance with aged care standards and regulatory requirements
Build strong relationships with residents, families and key stakeholders

About You
Proven experience in Aged Care Management
Current AHPRA registration (desirable)
Strong knowledge of aged care standards, compliance and accreditation
Demonstrated leadership and financial management capability
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care
