Oracle EPM Functional Administrator (Finance)

A large enterprise organisation is migrating its planning, budgeting and reporting onto Oracle Cloud EPM, moving off a legacy Hyperion estate ahead of a go-live in the upcoming financial year. It is a pivotal piece of work for the Finance function, and we are looking for a senior, finance-facing EPM specialist to own the functional side of it.

What you'll own

The bridge between Finance and IT, translating business requirements into functional EPM solutions

/n
Functional design of financial structures, business rules, workflows and security models

/n
Reporting, analytics and planning capability, designed alongside Finance stakeholders

/n
Expert functional advice across budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting

/n
Functional lead on enhancements: requirements, design, UAT and transition to support

/n/n

Must have

/n

/n
CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent), with a robust grounding in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation and reporting

/n
Proven functional lead or consultant experience on Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion or similar planning and reporting platforms

/n




A track record translating finance requirements into system solutions

/n
Confidence engaging, influencing and negotiating with senior Finance stakeholders

/n
The ability to make technical concepts transparent to non-technical finance audiences

Nice to have

Experience migrating from Hyperion to Oracle Cloud EPM

/n
Experience in Higher Education or another large, complex organisation

/n/n
