Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow up on open jobs
About You
Background in automotive repair, diagnostics or auto electrical work




Experience as a mechanic or service advisor would be highly regarded
Strong technical understanding of modern vehicle systems
Confident and professional phone manner with a genuine interest in helping customers
