Due to continued business growth, Aus Railway Services have an exciting prospect for an experienced Supply Chain / Purchasing Officer to join our team on a full-time basis at our Arndell Park office.
Reporting directly to the Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our supply chain operations.
We are seeking a proactive, motivated and organised individual who is committed to delivering outstanding results and contributing to the ongoing success of our business.
Position duties and responsibilities include but is not limited to
Raise and release of purchase orders
Obtain order confirmations, monitor, expedite and follow up purchase orders/urgent orders with suppliers to ensure on time delivery
Communicate updates to the business.
Organise shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
Request quotations from relevant suppliers upon request
Project and tender support as required
General admin and office duties
Full-time position
38hour week with flexible hours to suit your needs
