Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking a Student Placements Specialist to design, manage and deliver a high-quality student placements program.
You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, partnerships with educational providers, and collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team to build a solid talent pipeline.
You'll work in a hybrid setup, coordinating with 150 service areas and delivering training resources for managers and students, while ensuring excellent candidate experiences and compliant processes.
