The role
What you'll be doing
Lead large-scale,
strategic research and consultancy engagements end-to-end
Act as a senior partner to clients, influencing direction and driving change
Build and grow high-value client relationships across the cultural sector
Design sophisticated, mixed-method research approaches
Play a key role in business development- leading pitches and winning new work
Contribute to thought leadership, innovation, and the agency's market profile.
What you'll bring
Solid experience in research, insights, or strategy within an agency or consultancy environment
Proven ability to lead complex projects and senior client relationships
Expertise across quantitative and ideally qualitative methodologies
Commercial acumen and experience contributing to business growth
Confidence in presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
A natural curiosity about people, culture, and societal impact.
