Business Support Officer - Amenity Protection
Employment Status:Permanent, Full Time
Days & Hours of Work:Monday to Friday totalling38 hours per week
Market-competitive salary –Band 4:$74,******p.a + 12% superannuation
Location:Corporate Centre in Sandringham, with the flexibility to work from home

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Business Support Officer to join our Amenity Protection Team.
Reporting to the Team Leader Business Support Amenity Protection, you will be responsible for:
Deliver exceptional customer service in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner
Provide business support and administrative assistance to teams across the Amenity Protection Department
Process permits, registrations, and renewals accurately and in accordance with relevant legislation,



policies, and procedures
Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and improve outcomes for both internal and external customers
Key Selection Criteria:
To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and competencies:
Proven ability to learn and utilise technology-based systems
Sound understanding of general office procedures and practices
Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced regulatory environment
Proficiency in standard procedures and practices
Previous experience with Council's IT software – Authority, would be well-regarded
Mandatory pre-employment requirements:
Be willing to undergo and complete a satisfactory criminal history check
Provide or obtain an employment-based Working with Children check
